This tariff shows charges for the most common transactions. Details of other charges are available on request. To help you avoid unnecessary charges, we've included a section called 'Ways to save money and time'.

There's a small charge for duplicate statements and certificates of interest, but much of this information is now available via Internet Banking, or by requesting your statements to be sent to you by email.

We also offer discounted rates for payments that are made via Internet Banking - for example Premier customers can enjoy worldwide fee free payments to other banks within the HSBC Group.
