Premier Innovation Centre - Update

Several months ago, we launched the Premier Innovation Centre, to present ideas for different online services to our Premier customers. We asked for your feedback and suggestions.

We wanted to learn which of these services you would find most beneficial. We received over 1000 responses, and would like to thank everyone who took the time to tell us their thoughts.

What we've done so far

• The ability to view all your HSBC accounts online in one place - which we have implemented for a number of countries so far with 'Global View'
• The ability to see your Relationship Manager's name online, which we have implemented - see the top right hand area of the screen on any page in the Premier section

We hope that you are finding these features useful. We are continuing to work on other new online services for our Premier customers and will provide updates as these become available.
