- Save £10 on international money transfers fees, via Internet Banking/Automated Telephone Banking. Transfers made in this way to other accounts in the HSBC Group are free
- HSBC Premier customers enjoy preferential rates on personal borrowing and residential mortgages. This service is provided by HSBC Bank plc in the UK. Ask your Premier Relationship Manager for more information

- As a Premier customer you will also receive a 25% reduction on the Deloitte & Touche LLP UK standard fee of £1,300 for tax return completion for employment income and rental income only.
Premier Relationship Management Service
Premier means you have access to our Relationship Management service. Depending on where you live, you will be assigned a Relationship Manager or the services of our International Premier Direct Relationship Management Team which is available to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Premier Relationship Managers can:
- Help you manage your finances by fast-tracking you to a specialist or International Wealth Manager within HSBC Bank International or the HSBC Group. A full range of services is available
- Assess your financial needs with an International Needs Review
- Provide Worldwide Assistance transferring your finances to a new country and help set up a bank account with your current credit history even before you arrive. This service is available in 36 countries worldwide
- Help you make the most out of HSBC Premier by keeping you informed about new products or financial opportunities
- Offer emergency assistance by directing you to the nearest HSBC Bank branch where you will be able to get a free encashment service of up to US$2,000 (or currency equivalent) in an emergency
- Provide an offshore specialist to speak to you face to face about your finances in Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore or South Africa
- Ensure you receive the right financial guidance if you are considering purchasing a property or investing your funds abroad
- Premier Relationship Managers will fit around your lifestyle too. You can talk to them either by phone, email or in person. We have Relationship Managers based in Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa and Jersey. Relationship Managers also travel abroad to visit customers based in other countries
Tax advice with Deloitte & Touche LLP
We have negotiated preferential rates with Deloitte & Touche LLP (Deloitte) whose International Assignment Service offers expert guidance on how to maximise the potential of offshore banking. As a Premier customer, you can benefit from a discount of 25% on Deloitte's standard fee for the following services***:
- General tax advice
- Preparation of Inland Revenue forms
- Tax returns relating to employment income, rental income, or other more complex arrangements for both UK nationals and expatriates
